There are many places to go horse riding near Laroque des Alberes. Shown here are the Ranch des Alberes near Sorede and the Kentucky Ranch near Argeles. The unique manufacturer of riding crops, which holds guided tours, located in nearby Sorede.

St Cyprien - a short drive away. The lagoon and nature reserve for plants and animals, with nature walks, birdwatching hides and observation platforms etc, and on the other side of the road the sandy beach (sunbathing in October in this photo).
Collioure - Beachside restaurants and across the bay. Sunbathing and still bustling in November. Relax in the sun with a drink or a meal and watch the world go by.
